So it's already more than a quarter of the way through 2011. I feel like it's only been the start of uni really, but it's already how many weeks into it? Scary how time flies, and how I'm still looking for a grad program after uni finishes this year.

We've been there a few times before, once being my sister's wedding dinner in Sydney. They never put our teapot on a tea candle, but they did for all the other tables. Finally! We get it too.

It's actually been so long that I can't remember what the dishes are, I'm just digging out these pictures from my long lost memory just to test how good I can remember. Turns out, if I don't blog about something within a week, my memory just fails.

This was good! I remembered it to be some sort of honey soy duck which went beautifully with white rice, but my brother said it was too strong in flavor.

Their silken tofu and steamed egg is a must-get dish in this restaurant. It was so smooth and soft, you could slurp it down as soup, but you will get a burnt throat.

We were being really racist and snickering at tables around us who get San Choy Baos and "ang mo" food, but then they ordered Pekking duck, which made me request for pekking duck to be made at home sometime that week.

Mine was the least philosophical. My brother got "The ink of a scholar is more sacred than the blood of a martyr". So I'll be able to undertake many tasks ay... I think that applies to every single year of my life. And everyone else's too.
The coming months are definitely going to put that fortune to good use. Blog entries will be sparse for the following few months =(
